Summary

These are part of an Alex DeLarge costume, the charming yet ultra-violent character in the movie A Clockwork Orange. I couldn't get the great looking original by guydebored to slice in Slic3r, the model didn't seem to be manifold, and Slic3r was not able to repair it. I was able to load it into Blender and remesh and smooth the model fixing the issues and making it smoother in the process.

            <div><p>My daughter painted these with nail polish.  She first put on a clear coat, then the color, then more clear over the top to give it a wet look.  You can probably add some more fake blood after attaching them to your white shirt cuff's, with hot glue or maybe fabric glue.  </p></div>
