Spoilboard for CNC1325 Router

This spoilboard has been designed to mate with the T slots on a 1325 Chinese CNC router. The router has 6 independent vacuum sections, and there is one spoilboard for each section.

It should be cut out of 18mm MDF. I got lucky and found some 2700x1000x18mm boards that were used for packaging for AUD$2/sheet.

The board mounts with M8 bolts to the bed, and provides 30 M5x10 threaded inserts for workholding. Both the bolts and inserts are recessed to allow the board to be resurfaced a few times before discarding. If used on a vacuum table, both sides should be surfaced and the edges sealed. This allows the sections of the vacuum table to operate independently.

There's a 10 minute video of the board being cut here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4Y0ol5MrMvU

The model is in Fusion 360, and most things have been parameterised for easy customisation. I've added an STL to keep thingiverse happy, but seriously, don't 3D print your spoilboard :)
