RGB123 LED Matrix Case

Thisisi a work in progress. But I purchased several of the RGB-123 LED matrix boards through kickstarter. These boards are great but I need something to mount them in.

This is the first cut at such a case.
The scad is setup for the 16x16 board but I think I have got everything right that if you just change the length or width it will work for the 8x16 board.

I have not tested this yet (printers are tied up printing things for the FRC Robotics team I work with).

This makes use of Rich Olsens excellent puzzlecut openscad library

TODO:

  1. Come up with an approach to accept some type of clear lid.
  2. Verify the heights and clearances.
  3. Come up with something better than just a hole in the side for power and signal cables.
  4. Generallize so that it will support several separate boards.
