Kraken mount for Taz

Mounting plate for a Taz like printer to use a Kraken extruder.

Part should be usable now but i'm still testing it. Also working on a wiring mount since it has so many wires. So it might change slightly in the near future.

Modified http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:185269 so the coupler from e3d (1/8) attaches directly.

Modified http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:149927 for 2 wire wago x 16 to mount on taz tray. 16 is enough for all for nozzles giving the ability to remove easily.
