Summary

This cap fits a common Sears brand 4000lb jack. The intent is to protect the undercoat/paint from the steel pressure cup of the jack.

NYLON is an extremely tough yet pliable polymer.
In the 3D Printing process, the NYLON bonds very close to that of a molded part.
As the density increases, so does it's strength.
The part was printed with 3 perimeters and a 95% fill. Sufficient to easily support an American sedan.

NOTE, for safety, this part would need to be printed as described.
