Ultra Long Duration Fidget Spinner, 8 minute spin time!

This is a spinner designed for super long spin times. It is a rework of my previous spinner ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2458214 ) but with all gaps enclosed so the spinner disrupts the least amount of air. I've done a few test runs, and I've been able to go over 8 minutes multiple times with this setup. See video below for an example on how it spins.

You'll need to print:

1 of "1x ultra spinner.stl"
1 of "1x center cap.stl"
Optional: 8 of "8x caps.stl". These caps will enclose the ball bearings top surface. Just snap into place and push them in so its level with the top of the spinner.
