A remake of Beatrice1975's spirograph design.

Done in Moray for Windows 3.5 and exported via my scad export plugin. This uses http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3575/#files (parametric involute gears V5 by GregFrost).

The general design has been tested in 2/3 (or perhaps 1/2) scale with PLA and a 0.2 mm nozzle, and worked well. Currently printing full-size version after modifying some proportions (thicker frame for strength, thinner gears to make pens work better). Expecting 5-10 print hours at 40 mm feedrate, 0.2 mm nozzle and 0.15 mm layers.

The .STL should fit on a replicator dual platform. The .SCAD file is code generated from the current version of my plugin (somewhat larger scale than the .STL), and the .ZIP contains the current version of the Moray plugin and .MDL model file for anyone who wants to edit the model.

For those interested, the plugin now allows creation of spur gears in Moray by applying a naming convention to any cylinders that represent gears. On export, the gears are generated in SCAD by linking into GregFrost's parametric gear script.
