Replicator 2/2X Filament Spool Holder

Yet another filament spool holder. This one is design specifically for the Replicator 2/2X with the octagonal piece at the same measurement as the original. The plastic back piece is thicker at 4mm to withstand a certain amount of abuse. The diameter of the holder is 38mm and allows for greater variety of spools to be loaded (I had a bunch of ORD PLA filament on this weird spool). For added security the end cap is screw-on, so the filament spool will stay put even if you accidentally bump the machine. The initial design had a simple circular cap and made the grip somewhat slippery. The STL file is updated to give the end cap a bit more of a handle. This plastic handle also helps to secure spools with large diameters (upto 60mm).
