Summary

I had a broken Aircon drain tube, so I came up with this simple design.
Version 2, has one end with a softened edge to allow the water to flow easier.

I used PLA to print, with no supports. On my Hictop, it took about 30 minutes to print at a resolution of 0.06.

How I Designed This

I measured the outside of the pipe and also the inside of the pipe. Using this information I created a tube within Thinkercad.

Future improvements

Improving the join

            <div><p>The pipe has a corkscrew design, so it would be ideal for the joining to also have a corkscrew design so the the pipe can be locked onto the tube joiner.</p></div>
