Hephestos 60 to 80mm fan adapter with draft protection

this is a remix of mariors50 fan adaptor to protect the bed from draft introduced by the fan.

The third mounting hole is mainly there for better bed adhesion during printing but feel free to also fix the fan there.
Two of the screw holes are printed closed for better bridging and need to be opened with some sharp object.
