Square Clip for Cables

Remix of llegoff's Clip cable. Formatted the OpenSCAD file to make it easier to read, moved limits further, and fixed measuring errors. Don't forget to credit llegoff also when sharing!

The following was changed:

• All measurements start from inside of clip rather than outside (so 20mm clips + 3 mm width is now 3 mm width then 20mm, rather than 3 mm width plus 17mm, for example)
• Corrected cable clip to have diameter actually change when set (seemed to incorrectly go off of "length" setting)
• Formatted with tabs and spaces for readibility
• Expanded customizer ranges greatly after finding the limits to be too constricting for my own use even.

Preset to 20mm square with 1 inch cable holder, perfect for RigidBot cabling!
