1 inch t-slot extrusion scale up of kossel mini

I plan on building several 3d printers, so using locally obtainable large/heavy pieces is a must. Locally all I can find are 1 inch (and larger) T-slot aluminium extrusions. I measured and scaled up by 1.666666667 in replicatorG and printed a small test (partial) piece that seems to fit my extrusions. So I am now printing a full top corner piece (5 stinking hrs)
I have 3x600mm and 9x240mm (dude made me convert to inches before he would sell it to me....)
in 1 inch, 240mm looks strange.
other than the frame I plan to stick to plan sizewise, but I have a feeling that I will have tons of problems, pulley belts attach to this piece, I'm sure I can work around that, but on the bottom piece the step motor mounts probably wont work anymore, and surely other problems.
If anyone that can help with this, it would be great...for me.
I'm not going to get bogged down in this design. I am printing a stock kossel mini set and ordering a set of 1515, but my 2nd printer will be this one, and I will make progress as time permits.
UPDATE::It looks like I may have it. OpenSCAD is easier than PHP.
