Summary

Print these simple clips to securely hold plexiglass windows to your MakerBot.

Instructions

1) Open .stl file in ReplicatorG.

Rotate so all 6 clips are parallel to print surface.
Move to platform and center.
Generate GCode. Use settings with Right Extruder, 230* nozzle, 10% infill, 1 border layer, 40 feed rate.

2) Print. It should take ~45 minutes.

3) Cut 3/16" thick Plexiglass windows 1/8" smaller than side openings (1/8" air border all around).

4) Install clips. One clip centered on the top of each, two on the bottom corners. Installation may require moving bottom clips to one corner, then sliding them into desired positions.
