Sleeve Case for Raspberry Pi2/B+ with enlarged camera cable slot

This is yet another remix derived from walter's Raspberry Pi B+ sleeve. I liked the design and wanted to use it to be able to hang the Pi (running octoprint) off the side of my printrbot simple meta using ElmoC's supports (https://www.thingiverse.com/make:122064). But I needed a camera ribbon slot. Unfortunately I was not able to use the designs with a slot for the camera ribbon (from Doppeldutch and Galaxius) because I couldn't get enough access to the locking mechanism to hold the cable in place. I wasn't willing to risk a loose ribbon as I'd already destroyed a Pi camera what way. Since it looked like I just needed to delete a few bits, I fired up 3D-Slash (program motto should be 'make 3D models Minecraft style!') and deleted a few blocks to enlarge the camera ribbon slot. Since the internal grooves, especially at the far end, were too thin to fit my Pi, I enlarged them as well. While I still needed to use tweezers to do it, I was able to lock down the ribbon cable and that was all I cared about. Just a note I did need to enlarge the model to 101% to get the Pi to fit easily. If you have problems sliding the Pi into the sleeve, try that. Although you are limited to fairly coarse resolution, I enabled the 3D-Slash customization app so you can make the slot even wider if you like. If you need it enlarged further with a smoother resolution, let me know.
