DiamondMind DMv2 - X Belt tensioner

DiamondMind DMv2 upgrade to the cable tie approach for Y Belt.

You need 3x 30mm 2.5mm bolts with nut (or close to this measurement) per tensioner. 20mm will work but you will struggle to get the 2nd side in (remember! You need 2 for a complete upgrade)

There is a left hand, and right hand widget, the backs are the same.
e.g Print 1x LHS, 1x RHS, 2x Back

This hopefully keeps slack out of the belt under acceleration.

Not much room to play with in the design, it's a tight fit and could be useful to have someone helping hold things while it get tightened up.
