This is a bracket that will mount to Jorge Zuniga's Cyborg Beast hand using the same hardware that is used to secure the fingers and wrist hinge. It was inspired by a thumb design made by Nick Parker for another hand platform. It is intended to provide an option for a palm-mounted thumb for a different grip pattern.

Both a right and a left hand version are available.

Tested and confirmed as compatible for print on Makerbot and Solidoodle printers using Makerware and Slic3r respectively.

To follow is an explanation of cable routing, which will be accomplished using bicycle brake cable housing similar to this product: http://www.rei.com/product/737535/ and routed in a fashion common to what is used in the special effects industry to build puppet-hands.
