Jack Knight Starman Badge - DC comics

Jack's Crackerjack Sherriff's badge for a Starman cosplay.
I made it a little thicker so it can be sanded a little more to get it nice and smooth.
Chuck a little silver paint or Rub'n'Buff and weathering and a pin on the back and yer all set.
