Summary

Replacement for the x-axis fishing line with a T2.5 belt and 608 bearing.

My X-Axis line isn't proper installed so from time to time they jumped out and i have to fix it.
Insted to fix this problem i saw on thingiverse that another user replaced the x-axis with a belt.[ http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:194686 ]
unfortunately i hadn't such small bearing at home, so my journey starts...

Instructions

Remove the sand paper and drop the puelley on the motor.
With a small hammer place the 2 608 bearing on the x-base.
Replace the plate for the X-Axis motor with the printed part: x-base. i had to use a rasp to fit the x-base into the printer.

Cut the 2 mikey mouse ear from the wooden plate near to the stepper motor. this is necessary to have to full X path. The 608 bearing are so big that you would lose about 3cm each side.
have a look at the draft in the gallery.
Drill 3mm 2 holes to fix the end stop on both side. One hole is for the wooden bed the other hole is for fixing the end stop.
Have a look at the 4th pciture from the gallery.

Put the belt into the puelly and bearing like the picture and screw it down with the end stop nr 2.
move the board and test if the belt staying on the bearing.

To assemble the bed you need longer screws about 40mm length.
