I cut the dragon's head in several places using netfabb, rounded the edges of the cuts using sculptris, cleaned everything up using meshmixer, and then added a little base and the hole using tinkercad.

I am considering trying to create some sort of flexible neck so that it moves more in sync with the plastic tubing.
