Adjustable cam for use with a limit switch

This is an adjustable cam for setting the stop points of our kicker on our 2014 FIRST Robotics Competition Robot. It allows us to adjust the operation of the robot without replacing parts. By using the cam alongside a limit switch, the kicker will have an ensured stopping point when in operation. The cam’s unique shape allows the metal tab on the limit switch to be easily activated while an indent on the cam rotates over it. A rocker cap can also be placed on the limit switch to make it easier to roll over.
