Raspberry Pi Zero W and Camera Mount 2040 2020 AM8

WIP: Raspberry Pi Zero W and CSI Camera v1.3 heated bed mount for AM8 and other variants.

The design is now printable and tested and is use on my own printer, it can be considered a completed design until further additions are made.

26 Dec 17 - Octopi installed, images updated guides updated.
25 Dec 17 - It was christmas, too full and drunk for thingiverse!
24 Dec 17 - Wiring made, mounted and powers on.
22 Dec 17 - Pi Mount test print, adjustment of dimensions, adjusted design, re-uploaded.
21 Dec 17 - Added Pi Mount Design, not printed yet.
19 Dec 17 (2) - Second print along with test fit, adjustment to dimensions, re-uploaded, guide added.
19 Dec 17 - First print, adjustment to dimensions, re-uploaded, images added.
18 Dec 17 - Initial Upload.

Still to do:
Fit LED to X carriage
Fit relays to Mainboard+Mosfet power.
