Summary

Based on the idea of Greg's Wade Extruder, this Extruder has an axis distance of 36 mm for use with industrial gearwheels (Module 1, sum of teeth = 72 e.g. 12 + 60).

Instructions

You need:

Nema 17 stepper motor
gearwheel with 12 teeth for the motor
gearwheel with 60 teeth for the hobbed rod
hobbed rod (diameter = 8 +0/-0.05 mm, length = 56 mm, hobbing at 22.5 mm from rear end).
adjusting collar (DIN 705 A, inner diameter = 8 mm)
washer M8 (1x),washer M4 (2x), washer M3 (3x)
nuts M4 (2x)
threaded rod M4 (2x)
spring (proper for threaded rod M4) (2x)
twin hole nut DIN 547 M4 (2x)(for tensioning the springs)
lens head screw M3 x ? for Stepper Motor (3x)
rod for idler (diameter = 8 +0/-0.05 mm, length = 19 mm)
ball bearing 608 (3x)
Hot End with 10 mm diameter
screw M3 x 25 to fix the hot end (2x)
