Summary

I spent quite a lot of time on this. However it still could use improvements. On Blade ncpx performs quite poorly. On Blade 130x worked better.

I used 20mm BRIM to keep it attached to the bed.</p><p>Also tried with PETG - it's quite brittle. Blades tend to split &amp; snap during crashes.</p><p>Maximize layer adhesion! Best to print one blade at a time, fan off.</p><p>Used 0.2mm nozzle and 0.13mm layer height.</p></div>

Post-Printing

Cut away from the supports. Use sand paper to smooth it and get rid of any strings.
