Prusa i3 x-carriage with Servo Support for Auto bed leveling

Added a Servo Support for Auto Bed Leveling servo & switch addition to standard Prusa i3.

Borrowed the servo mount portion from. http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:167440

Requires M3 bolts to mount the servo motor.

Please note, I created this for someone on RepRap Facebook page. I haven't tried it myself as the carriage is for a generic Prusa i3 and I have a MakerFarm Prusa i3. If you think there's an issue with it please post a note and I will make modifications as needed.
