Roll holder and filament guide that eliminates the need to use an electrically driven filament feeder. Suits UP! 3D Printers.

Instructions

For printing, rotate so model is laying on it's back with the roll support and filament guide pointing upwards.

Fit the roll holder to the 2 top screws on the side the filament roll goes.

Feed your filament up through the hole from underneath and it will come out the top, there is no need to secure it once it's through the hole as it's spring tension will stop it from unrolling.

Next slip the filament tube over the filament and push it into the hole on the new holder. Make sure that the tube will stay pressed up against the top of the extruder head were the filament goes in when the extruder head is all the way over to the right.Filament tube should be approx 300mm long.

Load filament into extruder head and off you go.
