Summary

A PLA printed gear/timing pulley with 40 teeth for GT2 timing belt 2mm pitch profile. Features a beefy 5mm nut/grub screw insert.

Instructions

Printed at .25 layer thickness with a .5mm nozzle using PLA on a RapMan 3.2 printer. I had to adjust the depth profile of the teeth to make this fit properly but the finished product appears to grip my GT2 belts very well. This has not been used under powered condtions yet, so until I have a chance to finish building my own Rostock and to test these pulley I will call it a work in progress. 3 are required for a Rostock.
