Summary

A friend managed to lose the peg supporting the cylinder of his Nerf Hammershot, causing occasional misalignments. This takes care of that.

I modelled it after the original part from my own Hammershot.

Fusion360 File is included. There are two STL files, v1 has the same outer dimensions as the original part, v2 is a little bit smaller. V1 is in use and is really hard to remove and install. V2 is currently untested.

Post-Printing

If the print has visible layer start/end blobs, remove them.

How I Designed This

I measured the original part with calipers and remodelled it in Fusion360, leaving out the groove in the back, which only serves to reduce material usage, but wouldn't print very well without supports. I'm not even sure the infill would be more material than the additional walls from the groove.
