Probeless Auto Level Hotend Mount for E3D and Kossel Deltabot

Probeless autolevel based on touch-probe digitizer. This includes a cap that meshes a 5mm pressure fitting for a bowden tube to a E3D hotend, a retaining clip that secures the hotend in the cap, and an effector with holes positioned to allow bolts from the hotend mount to pass through the effector. Springs at the bottom of the bolts, below the effector, hold the hotend mound against the contacts, yet allow the mount to be pushed up to open the contacts when the hotend bumps the bed during the autolevel procedure.
