Alternate mount for "Active cooling fan duct for Bukobot Duo"

A mounting plate for thing 249364 that incorporates a plate for a manual fan on/off switch.

Use washers next to the heater fans or bevel the bits in front of the heater fans to prevent fouling the fan blades.

All driven by not getting M3x70mm bolts!
