ZeroBot tire mold

This is a mold for the ZeroBot tire. I created this as my printer is not really geared for flexible filament and I needed the tire for the great little ZeroBot print.

For the tire I used the oogoo silicone mix which is a mix of 100% silicone, Corn starch and food colouring(if you want to colour it). Google should give you a few results for oogoo if you want to see how its made.

To use the mold assemble the inner and outer parts, tighten with an 8mm bolt, washers and nut. Fill the tire space with the oogoo until you get some coming out the small holes. Then loosen the bolt, add some more oogoo to the mold put on the top then tighten the bolt again and let it dry.
