Fast Lane Track Connector
This is a track connector for the Toys'r'Us store-brand of car tracks, marketed as Fast Lane in Canada (and maybe elsewhere). The track packs don't come with enough connectors to set them up in a different configuration from the one on the box, so I made a few of these for my son. It should let you connect an unlimited number of tracks end-to-end.
You can fit 5x of these on the print bed of a small printer like the Monoprice Select Mini. They take about half an hour each to print at standard settings. Something strong & flexible like PETG is probably best, since these things will take a lot of abuse from an active kid.
I made this in OpenSCAD, and included the source file to allow adjustments. The provided STL file works very well for me, but you may want to downsize the triangular protrusions a bit. I made the locking connectors a bit larger than the original to form a more secure connection. If the tolerances on your tracks are different, then reducing the triangle size and increasing the separation by a mm or two might give you more wiggle room.
I have no affiliation with Toys'r'Us or the Fast Lane brand of toys.
