OpenForge 2.0 Pillar Cut Stone Integrated

This is a remix of the OpenForge Pillar and the OpenForge 2.0 Cut Stone Floor, both by devonjones. The goal was to provide a pillar that could mount directly to a base and snap into adjacent tiles like a regular floor tile, rather than just loosely sitting atop one.

I have removed the bottom-most foundation block of the pillar, then mounted it to the existing 1x1 cut stone tile piece. The height of the cylindrical part has been extended so that the top of the pillar still matches the top of a full-height wall. I've also included a split version for horizontal printing with no support, and an unaltered 1x1 magnetic base.
