Parametric card holder

This is a simple customizable card holder, very useful for some boardgames. It can be printed without supports both vertical and horizontally.

Custom parameters:

• length
• front text**
• back text**
• thickness

** texts are optional, leave empty to disable

Updated with customizable thickness, previous model had fixed thicknes.
Updated again to hide some variables that shouldn´t be customizable
