Customizable Mounting Prosthetic Hand Design

Materials Needed:
-Fishing line
-elastic bands
-0.0625 or smaller wire.

NOTE: stl files MUST be scaled up by 10 times to be properly sized. This is merely a problem with the CAD software used.

5 of the "finger tip" and "Finger Part" pieces must be printed,
4 of the "2nd finger part" pieces must be printed
1 of the "Prosthetic Palm" pieces must be printed with support.

Included are the autodesk inventor ipt files to modify the design. The finger parts do not require support, however the palm part does.

The prosthetic is designed for open source mounting, so the hand can be mounted differently for each person, depending on the requirement of the user. More mounting options will be added.

Elastic Bands go on the back of the fingers, to keep the hand open, and the fishing line goes through the holes on the front of the fingers, so that when it is pulled, the hand closes.
