Added text_on.scad code inline to make it work on Thingiverse customizer.

Summary

This is my first try at a maker coin. I've added a bunch of customizer options to generate your own.

You can change the following

Text around the coin
Type and number of notches around edge
A couple of different types of the coin
A couple of different inner designs (Sun, text, image)
Diameter and thickness

Uses the OpenSCAD module text_on_OpenSCAD.
