Each hole can hold 5 tokens so it holds

11 Glory tokens
4 Activation tokens
5 Charge/move/guard tokens
10 Wound tokens
5 Objective markers
8 Dice
It also fits inside a standard 80 card deck box with a fully sleeved deck (12 objectives, 20 power, and warband).

There are no holes in the bottom of the tray to pop things out because the tolllerences are loose enough that they are not needed.
