DX4C Steering wheel replacements
The foam on my stock wheel fell off so I was having troubles turning it without my fingers slipping. So I designed this to replace the stock one. The smooth one was my first iteration, as a proof of concept, to make sure it would fit. Then, I made the one with 12 round ridges with to see if that would solve my issue. It sort of did, but i found there was too much space between the ridges, so I made version 3. This one works much better in my hands and I was able to make a thumb steer attachment so you could use one hand to drive. Useful for longer trail runs or if you want to record video while driving. I haven't worked all of the kinks out of the thumb steer attachment yet, so you may need to play with the scaling. I have gotten mine to fit and it works just fine, but the top and bottom couple of prongs aren't mated fully. But as I said, it still works the way it's intended.
