I wasn't able to find a smiley i liked on thingiverse so i made one myself!

The world needs more smiley!! hahah..

Instructions

Just download and print!

Version 1: Mr. Smiley with cut away face. Print using any single colour thread. Yellow is strongly recommended. =D

Version 2: Mr. Smiley with Extruded face. Intended for the 'face' portion to be printed with different colour threads.

The thread lengths required for version 2 are as follows:
base layer: 724mm [yellow recommended]
face layer: 155mm [black recommended]
Length values are obtained using default settings in slic3r. Check out your own slicing program for more accurate lengths.

Version 3: Pencil/Pen Topper as suggested by mattwj2005
I'm not sure of your pencil diameter, but mine is 8mm. I made the smiley 10mm thick and the hole diameter 9mm at the edge, decreasing until 5mm in the centre.
(I kindly request anyone that prints this to post a picture! =))

Notes:
Designed in Solidworks. Have uploaded the original Solidworks file in case any one wants to modify it. The different versions are stored in different configurations of the same file.
