Cocktail Stencil with raised bridges

This stencil plate is meant for decorating eggwhite cocktails. The idea was to build raised bridges so there won't be any cuts in the design

A little background: A bartender friend asked me for a stencil for a corporate event, but he wanted to make the Audi rings without any bridges. After some prototypes, we came with this final model with the following features:

• raised bridges to have a seamless design (it actually works!)
• edge wall to prevent accidental spills with a narrow mouth to pour the excess bitters back (and reuse them!)
• a handle (design for a right-handed, bartender: holds the stencil on the left, pours bitters with the right hand)
• Small wall on the design to prevent spills into the design

I don't have any good pictures yet, but I wanted to bring this idea and hear some feedback
