                <p class="detail-title"><strong>Components</strong></p>            <div><ul><li>printed: one handle and one blade-guard (either "straight" or "ring")</li><li>a scalpel-handle "No4"</li><li>one M3x10 countersunk screw plus nut</li></ul><p>Note: the locking mechanism and rails work great printed with 0.2mm layer height and a 0.4mm nozzle</p></div>                <p class="detail-title"><strong>Assembly</strong></p>            <div><ul><li>clean up any supports, stringing in the rails etc</li><li>assemble the printed parts: the blade-guard needs quite a bit of force to push it the first centimeter, past the locking mechanism; past that it should slide smoothly</li><li>insert the scalpel-handle and mark the hole-location</li><li>drill a 3mm hole, with an cobalt-drill and a bit of cutting oil (stainless steel is tough...)</li><li>insert the scalpel-handle and secure it with the screw+nut</li></ul></div>                <p class="detail-title"><strong>Usage</strong></p>            <div><p>the locking mechanism is designed to hold the blade-guard in a closed position, and prevent it from being pushed over the end of the rail.<br>dis-/engaging the lock should require some force, and produce an audible click</p></div>
