Summary

This thing is for bicycle front derailleur cable support/ending.

You'll need some nuts & screws to assemble that:

M4 flathead screw 20-22mm
M4 nut
M3 countersunk screw 15mm
M3 nut

Current model is for 35mm diameter frame pipe, and 8 degrees cable tilt. But it can be easily parametrized! SolidWorks source attached. Edit Sketch-H and Sketch-V layer basic dimensions.
