Oneplus 3/3T phone charging stand for flat cable + speaker & 3.5mm I/O

Modified @tynbendad version to make it compatible with the flat OP3 cable.

Also added air path for the speaker out since the hole was already cutout, but not going anywhere. I tried to see if routing a 3.5mm cable was possible (YMMV).
