The counter weight is not yet finalized. I glued metric 8 washers around the center post. What I found is you don't want it perfectly balanced. The motor will shake if it doesn't have a little resistance to hold to. The best video was taken with 2x 3 gram fan weights the best attached directly to motors end with 2 sided 3m foam tape.
