Summary

This thing allows 3 squirrel cage blower fans (I used 5015S DC Blower) to be mounted to the carriage of a Rostock and blow into tubing aimed at the end of the nozzle.

It is designed for bottom mounted E3D hotends.

Instructions

Additional materials:

3x 5015S DC Blower Fans
Approx 600mm of tubing. STLs are provided for 10mm OD clear tubing as seen in pictures.
Screws or cable ties for affixing the fans.

FOR BELOW MOUNTED E3D HOTENDS ONLY. ONLY TESTED WITH v4 E3D BUT SHOULD WORK WITH v5 TOO AFAIK.

Print the tabbed shroud and fan tube output.
Print 3x nozzles and 3x fan mounts.
Remove the E3D hotend, replace default shroud with
Mount the fans to the fan mounts then the fan mounts to the carriage.
Mount the fan tube output onto the tabs of the fan shroud.
Place tubing through the outputs in the tube ends, place a nozzle and then place into a fan. Cut tubing to size so it won't interfere with printing.
