Summary

Another nice practical thing I designed and printed for somebody at work. This is a part for a boot cover on a car.

Instructions

Very simple design in 123D, the overhangs for the indents don't print properly but it was quick and dirty and worked first time so there was no need to tidy it up, I'd probably do it by making a very thin full layer at the cross over point.

There's a new v2 version with a thin full layer that seems to have printed well (I'm printing with .2 layers).

Also I'm having to print in ABS as the PLA overheated in the car, bent, and finally failed.
