Summary

I couldn't find a good, basic "Choo Choo Train" design for my son on here. So, I threw one together myself. It's not to scale or resembling any particular model of steam engine, and it's low on detail because it's intended for a toddler to enjoy.

Post-Printing

How I Designed This

Designed using FreeCAD 1.7 on Linux, mostly using sketches on faces in the Part Design workbench. Once I got the rough shape where I liked it, I added some chamfers on the "cow catcher" to reduce the number of potential sharp points on the model.
