External Hinge of "Brandt" Washing Machine

Due to prolong use for my Brandt washing machine, original hinge inside the cover was broken and temporary repaired by AA super glue. Finally, I attempt to create a pair of external hinge which was fixed outside the cover. The problem is how to identify the center of the hinge. Finally, I use rule of geometry for perpendicular line of the chords of a circle which passing through the center. Two chords were marked by a marker which swing along the cover and two perpendicular lines were marked to find the intersection point (i.e. center of the hinge).
Holes were drill through the steel cover and body and rivets were fasten the hinge in positions.
It is recommended to print with 50% or more for the strength. Please ensure the hinges were vertical and fixed onto the cover with gradient. Try to fasten it with double side tape at first before fixing it with rivets.

Update on 19 Aug 2018:
Cracking noise from the hinges disappeared, size of hinges were settled with the use of this cover. My wise still using this machine with no voice,....ha....ha.
