Summary

This is a set of two halves of a clamp to hold the limit switch to the Z axis. It is small and prints quick, but is a stop gap to my final design

Requires 10mm Z precision rod

Instructions

PARTS:
1 of each print
2 M3x16 bolts
2 M3 nuts

Simply put it around the Z axis precision rod and affix with 2 M3x16 bolts and 2 M3 nuts. I put it at the top of the Z axis, I belive this cost me 14 mm of upward travel. It is designed to trigger on the edge of the printed X carraige end, since on my printer the bushings like to walk around a bit and would ruin the zero setting.
I belive this could be used as a lower limit, I don't think I need to include instructions as to how. this should fix the problem of it costing you some of your upward travel. this is NOT a work in progress, however I am working on a new endstop for myself that will still be mounted up high, but be integrated into the precision rod clamp. I mounted mine high simply to shorten the wire, I like neat.
