Summary

PCB milling assembly which features a vent channel allowing efficient cleaning of waste from cutting. This is a three part solution which is the mount, baseplate and slider.

HOW TO PRINT
Base and mounting plate print without support.
The slider must be printed with the slider surface on a smooth surface (eg. ikea mirror) so it must be printed with support.

I was having printer problems with my prints so the top side finish is bad. It should print ok with 0.3mm layers, 20% honeycomb infill.

USING SCAD SOURCE
The source is split across three modules. Rod, mounting and slider.

The K8200_rod.scad file should go in the library directory "../K8200_rod.scad". It is a modification of the original K8200_rod avaialble here:

WARNING
If you use a plastic hose with a ribbed texture then it will make the nastiest screeching sound as the air flows through it. Wear some kind of ear defenders. I got a little tinnitus from running it for 10 seconds.
