Bearing mount for SpannerHands desk vice

I modified the mount of the SpannerHands desk vice to better fit my needs.
Use all the other parts from the original: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1023913

Slide the shim in place and rotate it, this way it stays there properly.
Use a standard 608 bearing to connect the screw and the shim for smoother operation.

Also the screw is longer than the original, so it can be used on thinner desks.
